Proof Approval
A proof is your final opportunity to review the design before it is produced. Approved artwork may be printed exactly as approved.
Review Checklist
Check spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, colors, dimensions, and placement.
Confirm that logos are current and that all required legal or licensing text is included.
Written Approval Required
Production begins only after required payment and written proof approval.
Approval submitted by email or another written method is treated as final authorization to produce the item as shown.
Changes After Approval
Changes requested after written approval may require a new proof, additional charges, and a new production schedule.
Items already in production or completed cannot be changed.
Errors
580 Signworks is not responsible for errors contained in artwork or content approved in writing by the customer.
If we make a production error that does not match the approved proof, we will correct it.
