Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before written proof approval. Any design work already completed may be billed at the quoted design rate.

Once written proof approval is received, production may begin immediately and the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Custom produced items are not returnable and are not eligible for refund based on a change of mind.

If a completed item does not match the approved proof due to a production error, we will reprint or correct the item at no additional cost.

Report any concern within a reasonable time of receiving the order and include photographs.

Installation appointments cancelled with short notice, or trips where the site is not ready, may be subject to a trip charge.
