What areas do you serve?
We serve Lawton, Fort Sill, Cache, Elgin, Medicine Park, Fletcher, Geronimo, Duncan, Altus, Hobart, Chickasha, and surrounding Southwest Oklahoma communities. Projects outside that area can be quoted with delivery or shipping.
Can you redesign my current sign?
Yes. Send a clear front-facing photograph of the existing sign along with the wording, colors, logo, and measurements you want changed, and we will review the project and provide a recommendation.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes. Print-ready artwork is welcome. We will review the file for size, resolution, bleed, and color setup before production and let you know if adjustments are needed.
What file types do you accept?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, and AI files. Vector files (PDF, SVG, EPS, AI) generally produce the sharpest results at large sizes.
Do you offer installation?
Installation and removal services depend on the project type, location, surface, equipment required, permitting requirements, and installer availability. Installation is not included unless specifically listed in the written quote.

How quickly can my order be completed?

Yes. Churches, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations are a core part of who we serve.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free, and a quote request is not an order. Quotes are estimates until specifications are confirmed.

Can you match my existing brand colors?
We work toward your brand colors using supplied color values or artwork. Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed colors, and exact color matching is not promised unless a paid physical color proof or written color standard is approved.
What happens if my measurements are incorrect?
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate measurements unless a professional measurement service is included in writing. Reprints caused by incorrect supplied measurements are quoted as a new order.
Do I need permission before installing a sign?
Yes. Customers must have permission from the property owner or authorized representative before installation, and are responsible for permits, landlord approvals, sidewalk rules, and municipal requirements unless expressly included in writing.
