Installation and Surface Conditions

Installation is not included unless it is listed on your written quote.

Installation scheduling depends on material availability, weather, and site access.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, fully cured, and structurally sound before installation.

Textured walls, rough masonry, flaking paint, recently painted surfaces, and low-adhesion coatings may prevent proper adhesion.

Floor graphics require a smooth, sealed, level surface appropriate for the expected foot traffic.

Customers are responsible for site access, clearance, power where required, and any permits, landlord approvals, or HOA approvals.

If the site is not ready at the scheduled time, an additional trip charge may apply.

Removal of existing signs or graphics is quoted separately.
